Directions:

Top an 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla with scrambled eggs (1 egg plus two egg whites using nonstick cooking spray), 2 tbsp Monterey Jack cheese, 2 tbsp cooked black beans, and 2 tbsp salsa. Roll and top with ¼ avocado, cubed.
