Ingredients:

Brookhaven Marketplace Fresh Dough, Pizza Cheese and Pizza Sauce.

Fresh Garlic

Olive Oil

Dried Oregano (Spice)

Dried Basil (Spice)

Semolina Flour

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350° with cast iron in oven.

Press 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic in a garlic press.

Combine roughly 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pressed garlic in a small bowl and set aside

Flour a clean, flat surface.

Remove Brookhaven Fresh Pizza Dough from package

Stretch and work pizza dough on surface until desired shape, size and thickness, (we recommend just under a 1/4 inch)

*Tip: We recommend placing dough onto the backside of a well floured sheet pan in order to make transfer to cast iron a bit easier.

Brush garlic and oil mixture on entire crust evenly

Spoon Brookhaven Marketplace Pizza Sauce evenly around crust leaving about 1/2 inch on the edges.

Combine 1/2 tablespoon of dried basil with 1/2 tablespoon of dried oregano in a small dish, mix until evenly combined

Sprinkle seasoning on pizza evenly.

Sprinkle thin layer of cheese on pizza, use as much or as little as you desire. We recommend about 3/4 of the container, however, we know there are some cheese lovers out there, (and this is AMAZING cheese!)

Remove cast iron from oven (Careful! It will be VERY HOT!)

Place on a surface that can handle hot temperatures or on pads.

Dust cast iron with Semolina flour to insure a non-stick surface.

Move pizza to cast iron.

Place in oven for about 10mins (different ovens vary slightly.)

When pizza looks to be at desired doneness, remove from oven and let cool for a few mins.

Remove pizza from cast iron and place on a cutting surface.

Cut and enjoy!
