2 slices whole-grain rustic bread, 3 oz grilled chicken breast, ¼ cup arugula or baby spinach, 2 slices tomato, 1 tbsp pesto or hummus, 8 whole strawberries dipped in 2 tbsp whole milk ricotta cheese, drizzled with 2 tsp agave or other sweetener.
